I had a small mole biopseyed on my neck. it came back as squamos cell carcinoma. the biopsy apparantly got all of the mole. should i have surgery?

If tumor remains: Squamous cell carcinoma treatment depends on location,age,size,depth but if small, the excision biopsy could have taken all cancer cells. Verify with docs and pathologist if that is the case, since apparently is the operative word. Margins should be free. If unsure, Moh's and excision wider margins are choices with high cure rates. Local drugs, radiotherapy are options for residual tumor.Goodluck
