I have a small mole wich raised on the back of neck since i was child i irritate it now it's filled pus and bad smell and hurts , is that early cancer

Mole irritated: Seems like it is infected. Would f/u/ w/ doc urgent care and get antibiotics. Infection does not means cancer but irritating a moles is not good practice. Would f/u/ w/ doc and later dermatology to have it removed.
