Cut left forearm 7 weeks ago; healed like a big dome. had biopsy squamous cell. dome grew fast; it is normal? is this a common cancer? surgery scheduled. can it spread from the forearm to other areas? it is easily treatable? thank you

Squamous: Squamous cell cancers, unlike basal cell skin cancers, grow fast and deep. They generally don't metastasize but spread only locally. They usually are resected quite effectively.
