Right upper quadrant pain first in front and then in back to side and down into groin. blood, urine, ultrasound and x-ray normal. 2 mos in pain. why?

Need work up. : Possibilities: gallbladder, pancreas, kidney stones to small to visualize by X-ray, or possibly bowel. Will need to see your Dr. Will probably get ultrasound and CT. May need MRI.
