Can you cook just the egg yolk to get all the biotin from it?

Sure: All of the biotin found in an egg is stored in the yolk, so cooking and eating only the yolk would be an efficient way to increase biotin intake. Other good sources of biotin are sardines, pecans, whole grains, bananas and cauliflower. If you are eating a diet with lots of variety , you are probably getting plenty of biotin.
