No: While supplements are important during pregnancy to insure optimum nutrition to the growing fetus, the quality of the egg you produce is pre-determined by your genetics. You cannot control this with diet.

Folic Acid Important: Folic acid is extremely important for women trying to get pregnant. Taking 400 mcg of Folic Acid daily for at least 2 months before conception decreases the risk of neural tube defects such as spina bifida. Biotin is an important for cell growth, but we get enough without needing supplements. Folic acid & biotin are not going to change the "quality" of the egg itself.
