Chest and arm pain: You must first rule out a cardiac issue. I would recommend a cardiology consult before anything else is done and I would recommend it soon, If negative ask for a consult with me

Gastritis: try nexium (esomeprazole) and OTC Pepcid AC and TUMs . Avoid consumption of spicy and greasy foods. See a GI specialist for a possible scope. G pylori needs to be ruled out
