Bruise , L shoulder: Did you injure yourself/ Bump into something? Are you on blood thinners? if so check you levels as if too thin could bruise easily. bruises do hurt may take 2-4 weeks to resolve but should be getting lighter or changing color, if your left shoulder and arm is hurting you x 2 weeks without injury would go to urgent care/ doctor today and get EKG make sure not heart. or aorta.
