Probably a lipoma: If the MRI showed a fatty tumor, it is probably a benign lipoma. Since you believe it is causing pain and limits your range of motion, you should see a surgeon about having it removed.

Yes, concern: Concern because of pain. This is probably post-op scarring vs a painful nonencapsulated lipoma. If it causes persistent and significant pain and limits movement it should be removed. It should be examined by imaging and pathology to ensure it is benign and should be removed by an orthopedic oncologic surgeon.
