Terrible back pain for a year notice it after a work week,assumed bad posture. now its everyday, worse at night & not painful w/movement. waiting on a ct.had an mri 10 years ago,diagnosed sciatica but im in a spiral about a spinal tumor. could it be?

There are various causes of back pain. Your description of your symptoms is nonspecific. Why a CT scan? I think most physicians who work up back pain prefer an MRI which is superior in detecting disc disorders & spinal cord pathology. . In addition there's no radiaton.

You obviously are under medical care. You can help your cause by engaging in regular aerobic exercise that with make your muscles stronger and more flexible. It may take about 3 months to see enough effect. Wish you good health!
