Likely: Be reviewed by your MD but a pain that comes and goes is likely musculoskeletal. If your doctor is worried after seeing you, a CXR may be helpful. All the best.

Have evaluated: I would recommend you have this medically evaluated in person before travelling. It might be nothing, but it might be something serious. There is no way to determine which via an electronic consultation.
