Sharp stabbing pulse pain in back left of head. bp 100/60. well hydrated & rested, experience headspins, dizziness & slight nausea when standing 19yrs?

Be seen: See your regular doctor about this. Also see a chiropractor or craniosacral therapist...You may have a "kinked" place that is causing this. Look specifically for an upper cervical chiropractor (you can actually search that on the internet and see if there is one near you). Could also be orthostatic hypotension which is a drop in BP when you stand...Better with more fluids and electrolytes.
