Victorian women: wore these things to be "stylish". They suffered from all kinds of problems like prolapsed internal organs (vagina falling out), tuberculosis (aggravated by inability to breathe deeply) and "Aesthenia" (they got so tired they couldn't get out of bed) There's no "training" involved, these things just smash your body. Certainly you can find a safer fashion trend to follow! We hope so, anyway...
