Not selective: Doing weight loss for 35 years, it has been my experience that weight loss is definitely not selective. You can't will the fat to come off of one area in particular. Weight distribution is generally genetic. Does your body type look like your mom or dad? However, if you lose weight and get down to your goal, the fat will come off of all areas. I'm estimating that you need to lose 80 to 100 lbs.
