Waist training?: If you mean training to slim down you waist and build a good strong core, then i'd have a suggest not using a waist shaper. Elastic waist shapers can artificially support your spine and therefore takes away the need for your own core muscles (abdomen and low back). This only leads to weaker muscles. If you're just wearing a shaper to go out on a date or getting dressed up one evening, go for it.
