This may be a mole: that you accidentally scratched or an insect bite, or minor traumatic abrasion/cut. If there is no surrounding redness, swelling, pain and you do not have fever, you can observe it and apply an over-the-counter antibiotic. If it does not resolve in a couple of days, or if it worsens, please have your doctor look at it.
