Hemorrhoids are: commonly aggravated by both the straining and skin irritation from diarrhea. They will probably improve as your other symptoms improve. But, diarrhea worsening after 4 days is worthy of a doctor's visit to assess the cause and make sure you are well hydrated and have normal electrolyte balance.
