Sure Initially , can: b numbness/tingling without pain. If persists, u need to b checked for reversible causes.

Ans: Well first of all you have diagnosed yourself. Neuropathy is a result of a medical illness. What medical illness do you have. ? Are you a diabetic? Did you have surgeries or damage to the back? Don't diagnosis yourself see your doctor and have a thorough history and exam

Possible: Peripheral neuropathy can be caused by numerous entities, and can affect varying fiber sizes depending upon underlying pathology, but numbness and tingling could be a manifestation of a problem within brain or spinal cord. Your doctor should easily be able to sort this out.
