This is an emergency: Vitamin B12 deficiency comes yo mind and your chest pain could be a result of severe anemia. That's not important however in the face of such profound symptoms, especially chest pain, you need an emergency evaluation. The internet is not the place for the answer to your question right now, the ER is. Go now. Call EMS since clearly you cannot safely drive.
