It's possible, but: There are many other possible causes for the abnormal feelings in your hands.Discus all of these symptoms with your doctor.

Neuropathy fingers: Peripheral neuropathy in inflammatory bowel disease ( ibd) patients has been reported and early on purely sensory symptoms are much more common. Talk to your pcp first, as there is certainly overlap with carpal tunnel (cts) and other conditions in many. Often it is not just one thing and just one focal spot in one finger for any of these whether it be ibd or cts.
