Zoloft and Paxil (paroxetine): Zoloft 100mg/day is higher dose in equivalency than Paxil (paroxetine) 20mg/day. They are primarily for treatment of Depression. Both have many side effects. Discuss with Psychiatrist: • Intensity of Symptoms and Impairment of Functioning for which Medication is needed • Therapy for stresses of relationships, work, finances. • Breathing and Music Relaxation • Visual Imagery • Meditation • Yoga • Tai Chi
