SNRIs: There are many possibilities. SNRIs which are cousins of SSRIs w/ a norepinephrine component can be equally or more efficacious than SSRIs w/ sometimes less side effects such as weight gain & sexual dysfunction - would suggest evaluation w/ your Physician to discuss appropriate options
