Yes if: yes if you did not have appropriate physical therapy after the cast was removed. make sure to check with your bone doctor for a repeat x ray to confirmed that every thing in place, then start a serious physical therapy and start wearing a support stocking

One Direction.: Try to look at it this way. As the number of post operative days increase, you would expect your post operative pain and swelling to decrease. Having said that, some days will be better than others, but the trend should be showing an ever improving ankle. As you might expect, certain variables can both stimulate as well as slow down the speed and quality of healing.
