It can suggest : Many things ranging from some very mild inflammation from a medication or supplement or alcohol, it could represent slight damage to some of your muscles, it could even represent chronic liver inflammation from some long standing issue like fatty liver disease or an infection Unfortunately without more information, it's very difficult to guide you more specifically.

Mild liver issue: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, AST is just at the upper limit of normal, ALT is slightly higher. If you drink alcohol, that may explain it. You may wish to repeat these tests in about 3 months and do not drink alcohol at all. If you are taking any medications those may explain it too.
