Unlikely any damage: Your thirst dictates your need for drinking fluids. it is a good idea to be well hydrated when you exercise especially if it is done in a hot weather. But your body has ability to conserve fluids, so it is not easy to cause any damage unless you push it to the extremes(which would be unwise!).
