Postnasal drip: I would have some concern that this is an upper respiratory viral infection, that may be turning into a bacterial sinus infection; or it could be a flare up of allergies . If you don't typically have allergies and your symptoms have been going on for more than 7-10 days, bacterial infection is more likely. More information is needed and I would suggest seeing a doctor to evaluate this problem.
