i hit my head and lost consciousness two months ago. i haven't had any symptoms for at least 3 weeks now. do i still need to see a doc?

Not really: two months later, why you are thinking about it now, if you do not have any symptoms like headache or memory loss, or vision problem, persistent nausea, dizziness, balance problem, trouble sleeping, feeling sleepy all the time, the list is long, then you do not need to worry about it.
