No.: As long as you don't have any symptoms of low cardiac output (low blood pressure, sense of loss of consciousness, etc.) or of cardiac ischemia (chest pain, undue shortness of breath) i would simply discuss with your doc at the next available appointment.

Urgent care: It sounds that you have some kind of arrhythmia. Is your heart beat regular or not? You may need to go to urgent care to check up soon..

It depends.: It depends on whether or not you feel comfortable, if your blood pressure is higher than normal, and if you have pain, especially chest pain. If you're in pain, or your blood pressure is very high, you might need to go to the hospital, but this is still a short time, you may have been active after exercise and you're overweight and hypertensive, so try not to exercise so intensely next time.

Stable: Sounds like you already have high resting pulse. If you are stable, i would just follow up with your pcp. If you have chest pain or shortness of breath, then go to er.

If you have : Chest pain or shortness of breath, yes. Otherwise, i think at your age, you should be ok til monday when you can see your doctor. You should have your thyroid level checked and an ekg to make sure that you don't have any electrical conduction problems.
