A member asked:

My hr momentarily dropped to 41 not long after a strenuous exercise activity - i was extra ordinarily tired for the rest of the day - much more than i would normally have expected, given the nature of the activity. my normal resting hr is 50, ?

Bradycardia: I agree with Dr. Soga. I had a friend who was an athlete who had a resting heart rate of 38 to 40. But that was normal for him. What I am concerned about is that you didn't rebound back for the rest of the day. I agree with the earlier recommendation to get checked out.
