Should be OK.: This should not be a problem. Don't eat to excess. If you are concerned about your weight measure it every month and watch the trend - increasing weight means you are eating too much.

Should be OK.: As long as you make sensible choices and use proper portion sizes, this alone should not make you gain weight. In fact, I'd rather everyone eat a healthy breakfast at the start of their day, whenever that start may be. Just make sure you're sleeping 6-9 hours nightly, as sleep deprivation can make you gain weight.
