My son 5 yo is below his normal weight.at home he doesn't eat breakfast n at preschool too also lunch seems like he has no appetite. what should i do?

Appetite: I'd suggest taking him to his doctor and going over all of this to include a review of all of his past growth measurements. Much can be revealed by looking at all of his past height/weight along with his history as a newborn and infant. I'd recommend starting there.
