Growth hormone: It is highly unlikely that at your age you would gain any further height. That usually stops around 18-25. If your doctor has found that your growth hormone level is high you should be referred to an Endocrinologist. Then appropriate studies will be performed and decisions told to you.

Unlikely: When people are done growing, GH still is needed to help maintain muscle and bone mass and your energy level. However, GH deficiency severe enough to cause fatigue and muscle weakness is quite rare in adults and is mainly seen in people who have had tumors in the area of the pituitary removed or radiated or who were Dx with GH deficiency in childhood. Seems very unlikely for you.
