Seek care : Your symptoms suggest you should seek care. You have symptoms that suggest you need to be seen in the ER and may need a hospital admission. You leg swelling along with vagjnal bleed and tiredness all point to need for care. Please go to a ER and call your MD let them know you are on the way to a ER. Best of luck
