A member asked:

I have a kidney stone as well which after the last few days of debilitating pain i think it has moved down the ureter to my bladder. is the kidney stone & vaginal bleeding connected?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vaginal bleeding: At 53, pain and irregular bleeding (not regular "periods") should be evaluated with ultrasound to determine the quality of the uterine lining. A "kidney stone" with accompanying pain and blood in the urine is not connected to pain with vaginal bleeding. See your gyn provider for an exam and testing.
