ECG recent?: Any other more recent evaluation? Without more information, would have to suspect that the symptoms are related to heart failure, although this would be uncommon in an otherwise healthy 29 year old. Call your doctor tomorrow to be seen immediately or consider going the the Emergency Room today. If the emergent evaluation has been completed, then enter a follow up with a bit more information.
