I am experiencing fullness in my bladder, back pain, swollen left knee , general weakness also a fluttering feel in the vagina. in 2020 i was diagnosed with chronic cervicitis + squamous metaplasia and treated with cone biopsy. can cervicitis reoccur?

Yes. Cervicitis is a label used to describe a process that causes irritation of the cervix. The potential causes include bacterial and viral infections among others. As long as you have a cervix you can develop a cervicitis. Whether or not that irritation is minor or a worrisome issue must be determined by an evaluation.
