OB/GYN: You need to go back and be re-examined. You may need ultrasound or other procedures to make sure that there have not been retained products of conception. Would need more info about the mode and timing of your delivery and the subsequent sequence of events, but this is not only grossly abnormal but potentially dangerous. Go and be seen ASAP. Good luck and hope this clears soon.
