IBD > IBS: Presence of inflammation in the intestine found at colonoscopy is more consistent with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) than IBS. Discuss biopsy results with your GI doctor. Good Luck!

Can IBS cause steatorrhea, anaemia, mild non specific changes on colonoscopy and mild inflammation on endoscope biopsies? No parasites. Thank you.
I have had so many tests done colonoscopy, endoscopy, bloodwork etc & no one can figure out why I keep having severe stomach pains followed by diarrhea. 99% of the time occurs within 2 hours after eating. Could there be a cause besides IBS?
