Get 2nd opinion: Would have the results of the biopsies reviewed by another gastroenterologist. And possibly another pathologist.

I did colonoscopy and it was clear, but a biopsy was done..Am really confused if its clear then why the biopsy needed?Should i be worried?Plz help
P-Anca results high and IBS-D issues alleviated by Cholestrayamine. Colonoscopies every 1-3 years for colon polyps removals since age 30. Only abnormal colon biopsy results have been lymphocytic colitis and an colon adenoma. No UC dx? Ideas?
