A missing piece....: .. of data is "How tall are you?" But 55 kg/121 pounds is pretty thin for a young man regardless of your height. I do not recommend herbal supplements for healthy weight gain. Most young men who want to gain weight want to gain muscle. Focus on healthy diet--fruits, vegetables, oatmeal--and especially protein: eggs, beans, lentils, fish, low fat dairy products. Probably need at least 2400 cal/day
