H2o H20 everywhere.: Water collecting around the ankles can be caused by many conditions. The most realistic usually involves the sluggish return of blood trying to move up the legs. There are several modalities that are used to treat this and any of the other conditions that contribute to ankle swelling. You would best served to have your ankles examined along with a thorough clinical history.
