Blame it on Water.: It is not unusual to have dry skin after having a baby, due to a sudden change of estrogen levels. It is also not unusual to have peeling toes after having swollen sausage toes. When the swelling goes down the skin cannot retract and the stretched skin and peel off. If concerned about a fungal infection, there is always the choice of OTC preparations to use. If in doubt, ask your doctor.
