There must be more: So the Dr saw you with severe, itchy dermatitis on top of your feet and did not see features of fungus. What, then, was the diagnosis? Allergic contact? And the treatment was Aquaphor????? Sounds like you need a potent prescription ointment, maybe a short course of prednisone [20mg alternate days for 3 doses].
