Vitiligo : The good thing is that the most cosmetic part of the body is the face and you don't report any troubling lesions on his face. The bad news is that you do report that he does have some vitiliginous lesions on his hands. Those the second most cosmetic part of the body. See a cosmetic dermatologist for further advice.
