NSAID OTC or Tylenol (acetaminophen): According to your symptoms you have typical inflammation wisdom tooth. An oral surgeon or your dentist can remove a wisdom tooth. Take NSAID OTC or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain control and see a dentist for help.

See an oral surgeon: There isn't enough medicine you can take to cure your problem... it appears the teeth need to be extracted. The sooner the better.

Not by me: You would have to be a patient of record at a Dentist's office, and then your Dentist can properly treat you, including appropriate medications. Please see your Dentist ASAP.

Won't help: You must see an Oral Surgeon and have the wisdom teeth removed. Antibiotics won't stop the pain.
