I had three teeth pulled, including one wisdom tooth. now i have white patches on my throat and my throat hurts. i'm on a antibotic.what could this be?

Infections: Sometimes certain antibiotics alters the bacterial balance(flora) creating those white patches, just satay on the antibiotics and maintain good oral hygiene , they we'll evantually disappears.
