Slow down: You're young and likely healthy, but if new to doing squats take it slower. Stop if you're in pain. Your muscles need to recover. Try gentle stretching, upper body and core exercises meantime. Get help from a coach if you're doing a school sport or consult with a trainer for guidance and to prevent injury.
