I started doing squats 55 to 60 every day and i feel like muscles around my knee r dead i rise my knee forcefully cant feel it should i stop doing it?

Numbness ! Not Good.: There is a possibility that you are causing an irritation to the nerves somewhere between the spine and the knee area. You would be smart to have these symptoms evaluated to prevent potential damage.

Slow down: You're young and likely healthy, but if new to doing squats take it slower. Stop if you're in pain. Your muscles need to recover. Try gentle stretching, upper body and core exercises meantime. Get help from a coach if you're doing a school sport or consult with a trainer for guidance and to prevent injury.
