Muscle sprain/strain: That would take time to heal, you need to rest your leg as much as you can, no more squats, heavy lifting, etc.. use NSAIDS unless contraindicated,read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage, warm compresses would help too, if no improvement see your doctor for assessment and treatment plan, good luck
