good day i have been having pain for 3 weeks now. the pain is on my left leg above the knee and below the waist. it gets painful at night alot. i started having the pain after doing weighted squats. i used some muscle relaxers i got from dischem?

Muscle sprain/strain: That would take time to heal, you need to rest your leg as much as you can, no more squats, heavy lifting, etc.. use NSAIDS unless contraindicated,read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage, warm compresses would help too, if no improvement see your doctor for assessment and treatment plan, good luck
