What you: Describe with regard to the ovaries sounds like normal follicles on each side. These will change in number and size with each menstrual cycle. Ovulation often involves a small amount of bleeding which may account for the change in fluid in the pelvis. Absent other information what you describe sounds like normal cyclic changes.
