Check with doctor: Xanax (alprazolam) doesn't come in 10 mg strength of bar or tablet. You probably have the 2 mg bar scored to be easily taken in lesser amounts. Check with prescribing doctor to clarify what is the best dose if you can't take the whole bar. Take care.
